1. About Us

Realtor3D is a professional 3D architectural rendering and visual marketing studio providing photorealistic renderings, VR walkthroughs, 3D floor plans, property animations, and related services to real estate developers, home builders, agents, architects, and commercial developers. We are headquartered at 101 Huntingtown Rd, Newtown, CT 06470.

2. Services

Realtor3D offers the following services (collectively, “Services”):

• ▸3D exterior and interior architectural renderings
• ▸VR walkthroughs and 360° virtual tours
• ▸3D floor plans and aerial renderings
• ▸3D property animations and fly-through videos
• ▸Swimming pool and landscape renderings
• ▸Commercial and industrial 3D visualizations
• ▸Developer brochures and property marketing websites

Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing (via email or project quote) prior to project commencement. These written confirmations form part of your agreement with us.

3. Quotes, Orders & Project Initiation

• ▸All quotes are free, non-binding, and valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
• ▸A project begins upon your written approval of the quote and receipt of any required deposit.
• ▸You are responsible for providing accurate project files (CAD drawings, site plans, specifications) in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may affect delivery timelines.
• ▸Any changes to scope requested after project initiation may result in revised pricing and timelines, communicated to you in writing before work continues.

4. Pricing & Payment

• ▸All prices are flat-rate as stated in your project quote. No hidden fees or surprise charges will be added without your prior written approval.
• ▸Payment terms are specified in each project quote. Standard terms require a deposit prior to work commencement and final payment upon delivery of approved files.
• ▸We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods specified at the time of invoicing.
• ▸Overdue invoices are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• ▸All fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

5. Revisions

Revisions are included with every project as specified in your quote. The number of included revision rounds varies by service type and is clearly stated prior to project start.

• ▸Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery of the applicable draft.
• ▸Revision requests must be clear and consolidated. Multiple separate revision requests for the same draft may count as separate revision rounds.
• ▸Requests that materially change the approved scope, camera angles, or design direction beyond reasonable adjustments may be treated as a new scope and quoted accordingly.
• ▸Additional revision rounds beyond the included allotment are available at a flat hourly rate, quoted in advance.

6. Delivery & Timelines

We are committed to delivering on deadline. Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days for most rendering projects from the date all project files are received in final form. Complex or large-volume projects may have extended timelines confirmed in writing.

• ▸Timelines are contingent on receipt of complete, accurate project materials. Incomplete submissions restart the timeline clock from the point complete materials are received.
• ▸Rush delivery options may be available upon request and are subject to an additional fee.
• ▸Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.) beyond our reasonable control may delay delivery without penalty.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered renders for your project's marketing, sales, planning, and promotional purposes.

• ▸Your Files: You retain full ownership of all architectural drawings, CAD files, and project documents you provide to us.
• ▸Our Renders: Realtor3D retains the right to display completed renders in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of project commencement.
• ▸Restrictions: You may not resell, sublicense, or claim authorship of our rendered work. You may not use our deliverables to train AI models or datasets without explicit written consent.
• ▸Third-Party Assets: Certain renders may incorporate licensed 3D models, textures, or elements. We ensure all third-party assets used are properly licensed for commercial use in the deliverables we provide.

8. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that:

• ▸You have the legal right to provide all architectural drawings, plans, and reference materials submitted to us.
• ▸The project you are commissioning complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• ▸You will review and approve deliverables promptly to avoid project delays.
• ▸Contact and project information provided is accurate and up to date.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

• ▸You may cancel a project at any time prior to work commencement for a full refund of any deposit paid.
• ▸Cancellations after work has commenced are subject to a fee reflecting the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
• ▸No refunds are issued after final, approved deliverables have been transferred to you.
• ▸If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, we encourage you to request a revision within the included revision window before requesting a cancellation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realtor3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we take great pride in the quality of our work and stand behind every deliverable, we make no warranty that renderings will identically replicate the finished built structure, as construction and material selections may vary. Renders are visual representations based on the information and plans provided to us.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared in the course of a project. This includes your architectural plans, project timelines, client lists, and business strategies, as well as our pricing models, production processes, and vendor relationships.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Connecticut under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Website Use

By using the Realtor3D website, you agree not to:

• ▸Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our website without written permission
• ▸Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our site or systems
• ▸Submit false or misleading information through our contact or quote forms
• ▸Use our website for any unlawful purpose

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
