Virtual Staging and Real Estate Photo Editing in Virginia

Realtor3D provides virtual staging, virtual renovation and listing photo editing for real estate agents across Virginia. Members of our design team are based in the state, and every order is handled online, with MLS-ready files delivered in 24 to 48 hours. Pricing starts at $25 per photo.

The Virginia Market Right Now

Buyers in Virginia have more choice than they did a year ago. In August 2026, active listings statewide reached 28,560, up 13.8 percent from the year before and the highest August supply since 2019. Homes sold in a median of 19 days, up from 17, while the number of sales fell 4.6 percent and the median price rose 4.4 percent to $449,000.

More inventory means more listings competing for the same buyers online. The first photos a buyer sees carry more weight when there are more homes to scroll past.

Disclosing Virtual Staging on Virginia MLS Systems

Virginia agents list through several MLS systems, including Bright MLS in Northern Virginia, REIN in Hampton Roads and CVR MLS in the Richmond region. Each sets its own rules for virtually staged and edited photos, and most require some form of disclosure. Check the current rules of your MLS before publishing, and keep the original photos available. Every Realtor3D order includes the unedited originals for this reason.
