Exterior Curb Appeal Rendering

Curb appeal rendering updates the exterior of a home in a listing photo, showing what it could look like with new paint, a different front door, refreshed landscaping or other outside improvements. Agents use it to market homes with dated exteriors and to help sellers decide which updates are worth making before they list. Pricing starts at $45 per photo.

What We Can Change

  • Exterior paint, siding color, trim and shutters.
  • Front doors, garage doors and house numbers.
  • Landscaping: planting beds, mulch, shrubs and a refreshed lawn.
  • Porch and entry details, such as lighting fixtures, railings and planters.
  • Outdoor living areas, such as a furnished patio or deck.

We do not change the structure of the home, add rooms or additions, or remove permanent features, neighboring buildings or anything that reflects the home's condition.

Two Ways Agents Use It

For the listing. A home with a dated or worn exterior can be shown with updates a buyer might make, as a clearly labeled concept image next to the original photo. It helps buyers see past the first impression.

Before the listing. Sellers often ask whether to repaint or replace the front door before going on the market. A rendering of two or three options lets them see the result before spending money, and gives the agent a useful tool in the listing presentation.

Pricing depends on how much of the exterior changes. A single repaint is at the low end; paint, landscaping and entry updates together take longer. See full pricing.

Pair it with day to twilight conversion for a stronger lead photo.

Disclosure Matters

A curb appeal rendering shows changes that have not been made. Label every edited exterior clearly, for example “Virtually updated exterior. Shows potential changes, not current condition,” and publish the original photo beside it. Check your MLS rules before listing. Every order includes the unedited originals.

How It Works

Upload your exterior photos and describe the changes, or send color and material references. Our design team edits each photo to match the light and perspective. Download your files, with two revision rounds included.
