Renderings for New Construction Listings
When a home is still on paper or under construction, there is nothing finished to photograph. Realtor3D creates photorealistic renderings from the plans so agents can list spec homes, to-be-built homes and pre-construction sales with images of the finished house. Exterior views start at $650 and interior views at $495, with delivery in 5 business days.
When Agents Use Listing Renderings
- Spec homes listed before construction is complete.
- To-be-built homes sold from a builder's plans on a buyer's lot.
- Infill and teardown sites, to show the home that can be built.
- Homes under construction, where current photos show framing or drywall.
- Small builder communities, where the model home is not finished yet.
What We Need from You
- Architectural plans, as PDF or CAD files: floor plans and exterior elevations.
- Finish selections, if available: siding, roofing, trim and window colors, flooring, cabinets and countertops. If selections are not final, we use the builder's standard finishes and note them for your approval.
- A photo of the lot or street, if you want the rendering placed in its real setting.
- Which views you need: for example, one front exterior and two interior rooms.
How It Works
- Send the plans and choose your views.
- We build the 3D model and send a draft view within 2 to 3 business days, so you or the builder can check the design before final rendering.
- We render the final images with lighting, materials and landscaping.
- You receive high-resolution files within 5 business days, sized for the MLS, listing portals and print. Two revision rounds are included on the final images.
[CONFIRM] Rush delivery in 3 business days is available for [CONFIRM rush fee].

Accuracy and Disclosure
Renderings show the home as designed, based on the plans and selections provided. Finished homes can differ in details such as landscaping, fixtures and exact colors. Label every rendering clearly in the listing, for example “Rendering of planned home. Final construction may vary,” and follow your MLS rules for images of homes not yet built.
Larger Developments
[CONFIRM] For multi-building developments, master-planned communities, aerial views and full marketing campaigns, our parent studio, SolidRender, handles architectural visualization for developers.
