Virtual Decluttering and Item Removal

Virtual decluttering removes personal items, clutter or furniture from listing photos, so buyers see the room rather than the current owner's belongings. It is useful when a home is photographed while the sellers or tenants still live there. Realtor3D offers three levels, starting at $$10 per photo, with delivery in 24 to 48 hours.

Three Levels

Decluttering

$10 per photo

We remove small items such as counter clutter, personal photos, toys, cords and paperwork, and leave the furniture in place.

Full Room Clear-Out

$20 per photo

We remove all furniture and belongings and return an empty room.

Remove and Restage

$35 per photo

We clear the room completely, then stage it with new furniture in the style you choose. See virtual staging.

When to Use It

  • Occupied listings, where sellers are still living in the home during marketing.
  • Tenant-occupied rentals, where the photos show someone else's furniture and belongings.
  • Estate sales, where a home is full of a previous owner's possessions.
  • Homes with dated or oversized furniture that makes rooms look smaller than they are.
  • Exterior photos with trash bins, hoses, vehicles or yard clutter in frame.

What We Remove and What We Do Not

We remove belongings: furniture, decor, personal items, clutter, vehicles and temporary objects.

We do not remove or hide anything that is part of the property or its condition. That includes stains, cracks, water damage, worn flooring, damaged fixtures, power lines, neighboring buildings and permanent features. Editing those out would misrepresent the home, and buyers would find them at the showing.

Disclosure

Photos with furniture or belongings removed show the room differently from how it will look at a showing. Label edited photos according to your MLS rules and keep the originals available. Every order includes the unedited originals.

How It Works

Upload your photos and choose the level for each one. Our design team edits each photo to match the room's light and perspective. Download your files, with two revision rounds included.
