How Virtual Staging Works
Virtual staging turns empty or dated listing photos into furnished, market-ready images. You send the photos, our design team stages them, and you receive MLS-ready files within 24 to 48 hours. Here is the full process from upload to delivery.
Four Steps from Upload to Delivery
Upload your photos
Open the order page, upload your listing photos and tell us the room type for each one. Any photo taken with a phone or camera works, as long as the room is well lit and the full space is in frame.
Choose a style and turnaround
Pick a furniture style that suits the property and its likely buyers: Modern, Transitional, Farmhouse, Coastal, Scandinavian or Luxury. Choose standard delivery in 24 to 48 hours, or rush delivery in 12 hours. You see the estimated total before you submit.
We stage your photos
Our design team reviews each photo, then places furniture and decor at the correct scale for the room, matched to the existing light and perspective. We send an invoice once we confirm your order, and work begins once it is paid.
Review and download
Your staged photos arrive by email, sized for MLS upload, along with the unstaged originals. If anything needs to change, two rounds of revisions are included.
What Every Order Includes
- MLS-ready resolution for every photo
- The unstaged original alongside each staged version
- Two revision rounds
- Use rights for that listing
- A direct reply from a person if you have a question
Getting the Best Results from Your Photos
Shoot from a corner at chest height so the full room is visible. Turn on every light and open the blinds. Keep the camera level so walls stay vertical. Clear small items if you can; if the room is occupied, choose furniture removal and restaging when you order.
Disclosing Virtual Staging
Most MLS systems require virtually staged photos to be disclosed, and many ask that the original photo be included as well. Rules vary by MLS, so check yours before publishing. Every order includes the originals for this reason.
